By accessing or using VideoSubtitle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VideoSubtitle provides a SaaS platform as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with the operation of the service

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Waffo (our payment processor) and Creem (our Merchant of Record). When you purchase a credit pack, you receive a one-time allocation of credits valid for 30 days. Credits do not roll over after expiration.

• All payments are final and non-refundable after purchase
• Credits expire 30 days after purchase if unused
• You may purchase additional credit packs at any time
• Payment information is securely processed by Waffo/Creem — we never store your payment details

5. Cancellation

Since purchases are one-time credit packs, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may stop using the service at any time. Unused credits expire after 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

VideoSubtitle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email.
