Refund Policy

1. Credit Pack Refunds

All payments for AI credit packs are processed through Waffo (our payment processor) and Creem (our Merchant of Record). Due to the nature of digital credit products, all payments are non-refundable once purchased.

• Credits expire 30 days after purchase if unused
• No refunds are provided for unused credits after purchase
• Please purchase only the credits you intend to use within 30 days

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable. Please carefully consider your needs before purchasing:

• Credits do not roll over after expiration (30 days from purchase)
• All sales are processed through Waffo/Creem as our Merchant of Record
• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge this non-refundable policy

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge through your bank or initiate a chargeback, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first at support@ssemble.com to resolve any issues.
