1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules for using VideoSubtitle's services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Our service utilizes AI models (including DeepSeek and Flux) for content processing.

2. Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to use VideoSubtitle to generate, process, or distribute any of the following:

  • Pornographic or NSFW Content — Any sexual or adult content, including AI-generated sexual imagery
  • Violence or Gore — Content depicting or promoting graphic violence, self-harm, or bodily harm
  • Hate Speech — Content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, nationality, or other protected characteristics
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Any content depicting, describing, or representing minors in sexual situations. VideoSubtitle maintains zero tolerance for CSAM. We actively monitor and report any such content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable law enforcement authorities. Violations will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
  • Deepfakes or Impersonation — Synthetic media that falsely represents real persons, including AI-generated impersonations, without consent
  • Copyright or Trademark Infringement — Content that violates intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of copyrighted music, logos, or trademarked material

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use VideoSubtitle for:

  • Uploading or processing content that violates copyright laws without proper authorization
  • Distributing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our services without permission
  • Reselling or redistributing our services without written consent
  • Processing content that contains malware or malicious code
  • Bypassing or circumventing content moderation systems
  • Using our platform to train or fine-tune AI models

4. Content Moderation

VideoSubtitle employs automated content moderation systems (including Prompt Sift and other filtering technologies) to detect and prevent prohibited content from being processed. By using our service, you consent to such monitoring. We reserve the right to reject, flag, or remove content that violates this policy.

5. Content Guidelines

When using our video processing services, you must:

  • Only process videos you own or have proper licensing for
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others
  • Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service when downloading content
  • Ensure your content does not violate applicable laws

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
  • Remove content that violates our guidelines
  • Report violations to law enforcement authorities
  • Restrict access to specific features for users with repeated violations
  • Permanently ban users who upload CSAM or violate zero-tolerance policies

7. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is violating this policy — including any suspected CSAM, exploitation, or harmful content — please report it immediately:
